Blitz resistance bands

A set of four resistance bands that can be used for all types of resistance workouts and mobility exercises. Ideal for the club, gym and home use, the resistance loops are perfect for injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, glute exercises, and improving sport performance. Use any one band individually or multiple bands together to provide the right level of resistance for you. Designed to be repeatedly stretched, the bands are made from 100% latex, that's easy to wipe clean before and after use. Comes with nylon storage bag.
